Kristi began her career as a television journalist, working in newsrooms across the country and covering everything from presidential campaigns to Hurricane Katrina.
She ventured out of news to serve as the Nebraska Press Secretary for United States Senator Mike Johanns and before starting her own communications consulting business, Kristi was the Director of Communications at the Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (MECA). In this role, she served as the company spokesperson and handled all internal and external communications for MECA, TD Ameritrade Park Omaha, and CenturyLink Center Omaha.
Kristi has played key roles in communications, event management, and publicity for nationally televised events such as the Olympic Swim Trials, College World Series, and world championship boxing.
Her extensive experience on air and behind the scenes provides her clients valuable guidance in Public Relations, Crisis Communications and Media Relations.
